IMPORTANT HOUSING UPDATE INFO FOR THOSE STAYING IN THE DORM FOR IKIF 2019 REGARDING LINEN RENTAL:
Due to a change of management at the dorm at 1760 Third Avenue (at 97th Street), those staying at the dorm must decide if they wish to rent linens. This rental is optional. If you wish to bring your own linens, you may do so. The dorm however will NOT provide linens without payment of a $25 per bed LINEN RENTAL FEE.

Linens provided for the $25 fee include: towel, washcloth, pillow, pillowcase, flat bedsheet, fitted bedsheet, and comforter.

We have added a Pay Now Button on the Dorm Form for the LINEN FEE option. We have also added a line on the dorm form about this option, which we ask you to fill out so we can be sure to keep track of who needs linens. Thank you for your attention to this.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS PAYABLE TO THE DORM AS PAYMENT FOR YOUR ROOM. YOU MUST PAY ONLINE THROUGH OUR PAYMENT PORTAL WHICH YOU CAN ACCESS THROUGH THE DORM FORM.

A HOUSING FORM CAN BE ACCESSED WITH THE DORM FORM LINK. THERE IS ONE FORM FOR THOSE 18 AND OVER CHOOSING TO SHARE A ROOM. THERE IS ANOTHER FORM FOR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS ROOMING WITH THEIR CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
